Where can you go to experience an "art house film" in Northcentral Arkansas? The Ozark Arts Council and North Arkansas College are proud to announce the Second Annual Spark International Film Festival. Spark showcases independent filmmakers from around the world and promotes film as an art form. This collaborative project will screen independent short films with a running time under 15 minutes in the historic Lyric Theater.

The Ozark Arts Council is now accepting entries for the 2009 Festival, which will be held June 26-27, 2009. Read about the 2008 Festival.
